What are the means of payment that you accept?

We currently have two different, convenient ways of paying for your purchases:

In case we should need to increase the

I have doubts about some products and I need to contact someone, how do I do it?

When will I receive my order?

We rely on specialized and highly professional couriers (currently DHL) and by purchasing through our e commerce you have the opportunity to receive the product directly at home in the accepted times and methods (3 working days) during the order pr ocess.

Obviously we deliver products throughout Italy, including islands and we use quality packaging to obtain a more than safe shipping of the product.

Can I withdraw from an order already executed?

Obviously it is possible, and to exercise it, the User must send to Il Melograno srl, a written communication by e mail to the following e mail address, info@claraaimonetto.com, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the Products, with the subject "Exercise of the right of withdrawal "

a) expressly declaring your intention to withdraw and providing the following additional

information:

i. the purchase order number and date

ii. the purchase order delivery date

iii. the name and address of the Consumer

iv. the indication of an e

mail and telephone numbe r and obviously the article code, or of the

articles for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal..

I have a discount code, how can I obtain it?

It is very easy and intuitive: your discount code is valid for the first purchase, simply enter it at the time of the "checkout" and it is all done, we will send the product you purchased within the established time.

I forgot my password, how can I recover it?
